Today is a day of lasts as we close our farmstand at the end of the day and host our last Growing Season CSA Share of the year. Our employees have either moved on to other endeavors for the season or are reducing hours as the fields' demands for their time wind down. We have moved our attention from the outdoor fields to our hoop-houses, which are full of greens, as well as onions and carrots, that will be harvested and enjoyed deep into the winter months. If you're looking for great veggies and meats past today, join our Fall CSA! We have great options for everyone, whether you're just looking for greens or want to cover all the food groups. Learn more and sign up today. The share starts on Friday, yes THIS Friday, November 10th.
Thanks for eating good food in 2023. We love growing for you in a way that creates healthy soils and healthy people. -James, Sara, and the THF Crew |
